Since your rank is too High your chances of getting a good government engineering college is very low. Probably, you can't get any government seat. A list of colleges ,you may try, is given here for you:
- Adarsh College of Engineering.
- Aditya College of Engineering.
- Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology.
- Amala Institute of Management Sciences & College of Engineering.
