Hello Aditya,
Based upon your JEE Mains rank you can surely get good institutionns including NIT also. You may not get totp level NIT's but mid level NIT's like NIT Meghalaya, NIT Poducherry etc. are possible. Even you get seat in CFTI's like HBTU, PEC, etc. You may also try for LNMIIT and JIIT noida if possible.
All the best !
Unfortunately you cannot get nits and IIITs .
As even the closing rank for new nits are 40 thousand for general category so
You have many opportunities like go for state colleges many accept JEE main score.
You can go for Thapar University Jadavpur University and also Jaypee University
Dear Aditya, your rank is not so good, there are no chances of getting NITs,GFTis,etc. You can get these colleges only by some homestate quota that too for lower ranked NITs.I advice you to look after state govt. colleges of your state as these are also very good.Every state has different process of counselling so keep updated.Hope this helps. You can use this predictor https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
Thanks.
