i got 7000rank in pessat 2021i called for 1st round counseling which branch can I get

I would suggest better not to participate in the counselling rank with the mentioned rank. As per the past trends, under general merit quota you have descent chances only for Civil engineering. There is also some probability for mechanical engineering but too slim.
See if you have interest in civil engineering, you can go through but if there are plans to participate in hope of any vacant seats or chances in core branches then most probably you will be disappointed.
