It would be a bit helpful if you had mentioned your category as it increases your admission chances. Nevertheless, here are some of the colleges of your choice you have a good chance of admission here:
- Gonna Institute of Information Technology, Vizag - B.tech ece
- Swami vivekanada engineering college, Vizianagram - b.tech ECE
- Chaithanya engineering college, Vizag - B.tech ECE
However, chances of admission for CSE in the districts you have mentioned are tough for your rank. You may get CSE elsewhere.
