    Dear, there are ample number of colleges in India for B.tech as you mention your percentage is more than average you can apply for private university like Lovely Professional University, Amity University CU, Sharda University and other state private colleges too and you have to give entrance exam for admission and if you get a good score you can get scholarships too.
