Sorry to say but with the rank that you have mentioned , it is hard for you to get a seat in mechanical branch.However , you can have some chances if you belonged to any reserved category. Since you have not mentioned the category , then assuming you to be a general candidate , there are no chances if you getting a seat in government college. But do not lose hope as you have good chances in below mentioned colleges :
