I got 70.25% in 12th on best of four subjects i want to take admission in du of b.com i'm general category is there any chance of admission

honestly speaking, you do not have chances for bcom in delhi university.
the cut-offs for du are no less than 90% for b.com.
if you want to persue bcom from du, you can do it through correspondence.

Unfortunately, your percentage isn't enough to get you a seat in Delhi university because the cutoff for Delhi university is usually high, exceeding 90%.
You have to think about other available options.
