NTA has declared only percentile score so nothing can be said about cutoff so you have to wait till April when final rank will be released. However at 70 percentile you may qualify for jee advance.
All the best
See this is your January Main result,The final result that is to be announced by NTA will depend on the April JEE Mains result which will tend to vary depending upon the number of students appearing in the April test. The cutoff for qualification can be determined only then.So you have to wait till April for a final answer.Till then you can have an idea about the cutoff by going through the article link given below:-

The qualification criteria for JEE advanced will be decided by National Testing Agency(NTA) and they haven't declared it yet. Also, it cannot be predicted as it depends on number of other factors.
I will suggest you to wait until the results are declared.
