I got 70.88 percentile in jee mains 2019 with sc category rank 22452 , can i get any nit with civil branch? ????

See ur marks in the JEE mains is too low for u to grab seat in ten good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses even under ur SC category. I m providing u a link for ur help.
