If you're from General category then yiur ranks must be in rnage of 3.5-4.5Lakhs.
You might not be qualified for JEE advanced, however with this score you hav egood conversion probability with following colleges.
If you really are targeting top colleges like NIT, you should not be choosy with specialization, and should be very much flexible with it.
