Yes you can apply for bsc computer science .as you scored 70% in computer science . you can apply for bsc computer science .Yes bsc in computer science is a good course , you get to study many new subjects which are in demand now-a-days for example- Artificial Intelligence,Machine learning etc. So choose bsc computer science .
