I got 71 percentile in jee mains gen category is there any chance for jamia b.tech rank is 225000.

And infact for general category it is really very high. Last year the closing rank for civil engineering in round 6 for general category students was 41888 . So according to your rank there is no chance for you to get admission in this college. You should try for another college.
