I got 71.44 percentile in JEE main 2019 and belongs to SC category (category rank 21870) do I get any NIT with best engineering stream?

Your rank is not good ,
And yes there is no chance of getting admission into any nits or iiits.
But don't loose your hope, do appear for other entrance exams of state board.
