Hi Aman,
I am assuming that you wanted to get atleast 75% for iit, nit and iit's.
Yes, you can appear for both examinations next year. You can give the improvement exam for 1,2,3 or all the subjects you wish to.
You will give the improvement exam next year and after that you will have TWO marksheets of class 12th. When you will go for an interview for a job, you will have to carry both the marksheets with you irrerspective of how many subjects you have attempted in improvement exam.
If you are applying for iit, nit or iiit, it is CUMPOLSARY that you give the improvement exam of all FIVE subjects.
The application form of improvement exam is likely to come in September and it will be uploaded on http://cbse.nic.in/

All the best!!!
All things are possible, if any one wants to do;
You can prepare for jee main in 2020. if you belongs to SC/ST caste than you need not to give improvement for boads exam because only 65% needed.
Tip according to me you need to first understand all the concept of the topics from text book i.e NCERT
Than start solving question answer.
- All the best to you
- Thank you
Yes it is possible . But give improvement as a regular student bcz many NIT college are not accepting private improvement
