Actually, with your rank, you are able to get into private colleges...

It is very difficult to get admission in CS,electrical,EC until and unless you didnot have any quota SC,ST,OBC.But there are some chance to get admission in following colleges iin 3+ cut off list and try to get admission in Jadavpur University, Kolkata it is good but there are also many colleges in which u can get admission listed below if you will not get that stream then you have to go for  Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering .and query
