Sorry, but it's impossible to get a seat with such low score even if you are ST category. You haven't mentioned state to let you know about cutoffs. If you are going for MBBS then it's like impossible to get a seat you give a try to BAMS or other courses if you are interested but don't keep a hope for getting a seat.
