As per the Marks you have specified it's hard to secure a seat with the marks you have specified to get a seat in the university colleges as there is another option of Special Category try in it there may be the chances to get in it, if you secure a seat you need to pay extra fee to normal fee in terms special seats in some universities under it. so you have the chances under it.
