You have achieved below average marks in your class 12th boards examinations. You will not make it to any college of the Delhi university with this much score in boards if you belong to the general cateogory or the unreserved category , you might stand a chance to get admitted if you are from a reserved category.

The cutoffs for all the north campus colleges is above 95 percent best of four, if you are unreserved. South campus colleges are not that good apart from Shri Venkateshwara college and some other colleges .
