Your percentile in jee main is 93.5%. You can get admission in NIT colleges through home state quota by OBC quota in the following colleges as per the previous year cutoff marks :

• NIT Hamirpur
• NIT Srinagar
• NIT Silchar
• NIT Surat
• NIT Durgapur

It would be difficult to get admission in good branches such as CSE, E&C in top and mid tier NIT colleges. You can apply for admission in IIIT colleges such as IIIT Hyderabad, Bangalore and others. But you will get lower branches in these top tier colleges. I would suggest taking admission in state level colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT, SRM, MIT, BIT and many others. You can also apply for colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission.

I am sorry to tell you 93.5 percentile is not sufficient  when it comes to getting a seat in NIT .

You can't get a seat in any decent NIT with your percentile.

Also you class 12 board exam % is very low , as for iit or NIT , you need to get at least 75 % marks in 12th board.
