The cutoff of last year for inclusion in various rank lists were as follows-
Common Rank List-89.7548849
Gen EWS-78.2174869
OBC NCL-74.3166557
SC-54.0128155
ST-44.3345172
PWD-0.11371730
Now since you have 72 percentile and you belong from obc category there is a slight chance of yours qualifying jee mains which is accepted by a lot of government funded technical Institutes(GFTI's) .
Considering this fact you might not be able to secure admission in government colleges via jee mains,
You now have two options either to improve your performance in jee mains in April or to secure a good rank in TS EAMCET 2020 (to get admission in your state's government colleges).

Best of luck for your future.
