It is highly impossible to get cse in stream 1 as you are from Andhra it comes under other state category so there are very less chances to get but try ur luck by attending counciling Becoz if the rankers below u are not attend then you can have chance but try for It u can get IT in sastra if competition is low both IT and CSE have same demand.
