I got 7252 rank in civil paper gate 17 (gate marks 41.34) score 482.can I get a seat in osmania university hyderabad in general category

Actually Osmania University asks for valid GATE scores and uses the qualifying marks prescribed by GATE authorities to call students. For Civil it has been mentioned as 25 for general Category.
