i got 729 with AIR 3976!is there a chance of MD PEDIATRICS in tamilnadu govt colleges.is pg diplomo courses converted into MD?

sir i belong to OBC...recently pg dip courses have been changed into MD/MS in tamilnadu..is the change only in tn r all over india
