i got 73% in 12 exam . is there any way to get a govt. engineering college without jee exam?

Jee mains is the route to many government colleges but many state engineering exams also have government colleges have you given any of them?

No .....u have to give JEE or any state level exam for that

No you have to atleast give any state level exam ..
As also you are not eligible for national level exam that is JEE
