Hello,

Rank is calculated from your +2 marks and KCET exam marks. Both have 50% weightage. This is done by addition of 50% your +2 marks and 50% of your KCET marks. That will give a value that is taken into consideration to find out rank. Rank also gets affected by different factors like how many students have appeared, how was the difficulty of the paper, how is the average performance of students and many more.

The board decides how the rank will be calculated and from where to where the rank will range. It completely depends on them.

So just have patience you will get the official and accurate rank from the board.

Hope it helps!
