i got 73 marks in obc category. AIR 10839 AIR obc 1120. can I get any nlu?

With your rank of 1120 in obc category you have moderate to high chances of getting National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi.
Other NLU's have a higher cutoff so you have low to negligible chances there.
