As per information your general rank will be aroud 3,15000 and your OBC rank will be around 63,000. With this rank it will be difficult to get high demanding branches like CSE, IT, ECE etc in top NITs or IIITs.

Cutoff keeps changing year to year. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:

Number of seats available

Number of students applied for the same branch

Performance of the students

The category you belong to etc.

With this rank and your category it is really very difficult to get a seat in any NITs or IIITs. And if you want to get admission in IITs then you have to clear JEE Advanced first. You can go for state counselling and private colleges.
