I got 73000 rank in vitee which branch will i get and where will i get it's vellore Or chennai and in which category will i get

With this rank you can get Electronics and Instrumentation Branch in category 3 or Electrical and Electronics in Category 4 in Vellore Campus. You can also get less preferred branch like Biotechnology, Chemical or 5 year Integrated course with this rank in category 4.
In Chennai campus you can get ECE(most probably) in Category 4th.
