I got 73.2% in CBSE Exam 2019 As 75% is the minimum requirement in Boards for many Engineering colleges, I decided to take a Drop & give CBSE Improvement 2020 So now while filling JEE Mains 2020 Form, do I have to enter CBSE 2019 Marks (do not satisfy 75% Criteria) or enter 'Appearing in 2020' ??

Hello Aspirant.
To get a college through JEE MAIN examination, one of the criteria the candidate needs to fulfill is to achieve atleast 75% in class 12th(For general Candidate).
If you've applied for your improvement examination and achieved or surpassed this mark by NTA then you can fill up the highest marks among the original CBSE board examination and the improvement paper.
Best of luck !
Hello Saish,
Hope you doing well!! For qualifying JEE-Main exam you must have scored 75% or above in class 12th board exam or any equivalent exam from any recognized board university if you are from Gen/OBC category.
But if you are from SC\ST category then you have to score 60% or above in class 12th examination.
If you are appearing for improvement exam then you have to mention the best score among both of them.
While filling application form of JEE-Main you need to enter the passing status of first year when you have appeared for it. For e.g. if you passed class 12th in 2019 but not having sufficient percentage and going to appear for improvement in 2020, so you have to mention in application form that you passed in 2019.

Good Luck!!
