I got 74 rank in food technology branch in appgecet. Is there any chance of getting seat through counselling?

You have mentioned you have a rank of 74 in Food Technology in Appgecet.
However you have not mentioned your category.
But even if I consider you to be of unreserved category, I think you will be able to get a seat in a decent college through counselling.
Although the number of admissions every year depends on a number of factors, I think with a double digit rank you will get admission.
