Well it all depends on the college cut offs which directly or indirectly depend on the complexity of paper, number of students appeared in the exam and number of seats in different college. There are college for example NIT Srinagar when students with such ranks are pursuing their degrees however if the cut offs are pretty high then it might get pretty much difficult to secure a seat in any NIT if you have qualifies JEE Main or any IIT if you have qualified JEE Adv. It is suggested you go through the list of colleges you want to apply in and make your own preference list. for example It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/OBC category is lower than the general category CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced. It should be noted the cut off for OBC/ EWS/ SC/ ST category is lower than the general category

Moreover Percentile is calculated by the ratio of the number of values to the total number of values . You cant say/depict your actual score/percentage/rank from your percentile. To calculate the actual score/percentage/rank you would need to know the number of students who appeared in the examination and the highest score, average cut offs and the highest score. while as marks are calculated based on the right questions you have attempted, out of the total marks you have obtained for the right number of questions marks from wrong questions marked are deducted from the total.

PS: Your rank (both category rank as well as All India Rank) would be mentioned on your mark sheet at the time of final results.

Good Luck!

As per your percentile and previous year cutoff your predicted All India rank would be approx 260000- 272000. Also, it is not possible to predict category rank, becausee it changes every year. For NIT manipur, your rank should be less than 40k. As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

JIIT Noida

KIIT College of engineering

Thapar institute of engineering and technology

Amity University Noida
