Yes surely you will qualify for nits , since your marks is 200 you will good rank and top nits

the new eligibility criteria of NITs is

for general : Top 20 percentile or 75% min marks

for SC/ST : Top 20 percentile or 65% min marks

About the stream, I'm not sure but I think you will qualify for NITs.

Yes, if you have above 75% in board exams, you're eligible for JEE Advance, that is if you clear the cutoff for it.

Other than that, if you've scored 200 marks, you will definitely get a seat at some NIT depending on your home state.
