i got 75 in jee and 435 in 12 board cbse do i have chance of getting seat in sastra tanjore in departments like cse/eee/ece/mech/it

There is no particular cut off for any branches at SASTRA University,Thanjavur. It differs every year.

There are two types of admissions in SASTRA!

Stream 1-JEE Main 2018 and normalized 10+2 scores will be taken together for admission under stream 1



The scores of JEE Main will carry 25% weightage and 10+2 scores will carry 75% weightage.



The combined scores will be used to prepare the rank list and candidates will be invited for admission on the basis of the rank list.



70% of seats will be filled in the same way



Stream 2: Board % should be more than 98.6%!

But finally everything depends on your rank (college).

If you're from Tamil Nadu you need to be within 700 ranks to make sure that everything is available for you in stream 1.

Since CS is the most demanded branch you need to be under a rank of 650 and since the seats will be increasing this year. Maybe the rank can go up to 750!
