Yes! you can get admission in Delhi University actually it all depends on the cut off lists. I think you can get admission in the 8th or 9th cut off. However, BA program's cut off percentage is a bit low as compared to other courses, but still we can't say. I would prefer you to add all the courses in your form so that you can get admission any where else if BA program's cut off percentage is high, and book your seat.

Yes you are eligible to apply, but assuming you belong to general category there is very slim chance of you getting into any of the popular colleges where the cuts are all above 90%. However if you belong to SC, ST or any other reserved category you have a higher chance of getter into any of the du colleges.

Yes you can get BA in DU but you won't be able to get any hons. Subject except hindi and sanskrit hons. And even if you are able to get admission in an undergraduate course, there are very low chances that you would get a really good college.

Though you might land at a good off campus college but chances are very less if you belong to general category.

No ,cut off to take admission in BA is totally based on class 12th marks and it should be 85+ .Your marks are less so you won't be able to get admission in DU
