Since you belong to ST category, there are chances that you may get some NIT - if your State has NIT, home state quota combined with your caste quota can get you a decent seat. You can average branches in low ranking NIT or a lower seat in top NIT.
There are many other colleges that also take admission on the basis of JEE Mains score.
My suggestion would be to nail out BITSAT, VITEEE, etc. and get into them. They are equally good with decent infrastructure and good education quality.
I would suggest you that if you have time then go for one more try. Give some time to check your weak areas and strong areas and work on them. convert your strong to strongest. Give your best to this exam and this exam will surely return you.
