You can pursue your 12th again. From a different College or NIOS as well. But then it will be a period of a year that you will be spending on studying 12th again. If that is ok with you, you can absolutely appear for your 12th either from the same Board or a different Board or NIOS as well.

i didnt pass my phy and chem 2nd puc board exam from karnataka board. and will write supplementary in 2022. is the question paper pattern same as the question paper pattern for regular exam. will still have more options in questions.
