Getting a percentile of 75 means your expected general rank will be about 217252.
Considering last year scenario the cut off for OBC was 74 and that for general was 89. Thus the you have chance of qualifying with your OBC quota but clearing general cutoff seems to be difficult with this percentile.
I suggest you to appear for the April session exam and try to score better.
