Yes, definitely. But not in any college or course.
EwS category cutoffs tend to go much lower than General Category, but more or less similar to OBC category, which is also little higher than SC or ST.
You do have a decent score but to get into courses like BSc (Physics) or Chemistry or Life Sciences at the top North Campus colleges like Ramjas, and Hindu is a little tough.
Honestly, you should be getting into most colleges in South Campus albeit.

There is no counselling as such in Delhi University undergraduate admission.
Just wait for the cutoff (14th June), and apply to the college you get in. Make sure to register on the DU website right now.
