Hi Anshul,
yes you have a chance in getting IBS Hyderabad. But before that you need to pay registration fees of 80000 and along with that you need to write a letter to the admission office that you want to change the your current campus allotted to IBS Hyderabad. But I believe till now if you haven't paid the registration fees then it will be difficult to get into Hyderabad campus this year.
second best you can Apply for it could either be Gurgaon campus or Mumbai Campus.

I have paid the registration fee a long back in the starting itself.....this year what can be the expected cutoff of IBS HYDERABAD?

last year it went upto 75.4 percent. So don't worry you'll get Hyderbad campus in 76 percent.
