 JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

in your case the rank comes out to be approx. 204600. 

With this rank it is difficult to get in nit/iiit Hyderabad since these colleges demand higher score.

Yes IIT Hyderabad considers reservations for homestate .

You have an another chance of scoring well in April attempt , do well and get into your desired college.

The percentile which you have got is on a averafe side and the cut off are very high for iit and nit so you give another try in april session amd try to secure more marks.
