No chances at kalyani,, Bt techno India is bttr than jaigaiguri these days. U can ECE there. & u can get jalpaiguri gvmnt aslo bt not upper branches..

I'm sorry bt u can't get good gvmnt colleges at this rank! U can't get jalpaiguri also as I checked! Your best fit at this rank is Techno India (sector v) branch! & trust me this is far good college. But u wait till to counselling & see.. Best of luck
