Hello aspirant, first of all congratulations on getting 7699 rank in VITEEE exam. You can definitely get CSE in VIT Vellore main campus as well as in Chennai campus. Getting CSE in category 1 will be difficult for Vellore campus but you can get category 1 CSE seat in VIT Chennai. You can also get CSE in VIT Vellore in 2nd category. The tuition fee for category 1 is around 1.98LPA and for category 2 it is around 3LPA. The cutoff for category 1 CSE in VIT Vellore is generally under 5000.
