The final cutoff percentile will be released by NTA, after the second JEE Mains exam. Since now it would be difficult to predict the eligibility for the JEE Advanced level exam. Well, as per my prediction and watching previous few years eligibility criteria, the candidates having 85+percentile will qualify for JEE Advanced. This is just the predicted range.
However, you'll come to know the final results after the final session exam.

Considering that you are a Ews candidate and looking at your Jee score it is bit diificult for qualification of Jee advance exam. But you will get the clear idea about eligibilty criteria after results of april exams .Still you should wait for Announcement to be done by Jee authoities hope for the best .
