Hello Pavan

Go for B.tech if you have to study in VIT and if you HAVE to do BSc then go to DU or something. VIT is good for Engineering alone. But if you really want to go then you can as it is good too. Faculties are well trained and if you want then you can opt for BCA and then MCA.
