i got 77 percentage in jee mains and rank is 15000,i am from up and belong to sc female category Do i have the chance to get NIT or IIT or iiit

Since you haven't mentioned your category rank we can not exactly predict your result.
With your quoted details there are very less chances of yours getting admission to any of the NIT's , IIT's or IIIT's. , But you may get admission to some of the good GFTI's .
