Congratulations on securing such a good rank . I would like to tell you that Computer Science Engineering  at Manipal campus is expected to close around 2000 rank and Electronics and Communication Engineering around 5000 rank.
You have medium chances of getting admission in ECE . Though , you have low chances of getting CSE.
