Your chances of getting admission in Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts, Hyderabad or in Maestro Architecture College. It is going to be very difficult for you to get enrolled in any of the colleges affiliated to JNAFAU. As far as Maestro Architecture College is concerned, it has only 40 architecture seats and it provides admission to students with maximum marks. So getting admission in this college is almost not pragmatic. Perhaps it has some sort of Management Quota. It is only way in I guess.

As far as JNAFAU is concerned, the University takes into consideration both the 12th board marks as well as the NATA score. Both marks have a weightage of 50 percentile. The final marks including both the marks should be atleast greater than 75 out of 100. Your score out of 100 is 71.025 which is close to the cutoff mark. So you can see that you have very little chance of getting admission in JNAFAU.

You should consider other colleges as well which are good enough for pursuing B.Arch for graduation. This way you will have some backup in case you didn't get the seat in your desired Institute. Now while comparing, you should make sure that you focus on key parameters like placement prospects, teaching faculty ,skill oriented education, better infrastructure, exposure to industry,etc.
