i got 78 in clat and i have obc quota as well as i am from uttar pradesh can i get rmnlu?

There are chances of you getting RMLNLU with this score being OBC NCL and also having a state quota. However one can't be quite sure of it because the results have not yet been released and no one knows that how many candidates have scored more than you.
