It is difficult to predict the exact TS EAMCET rank because it depends upon too many factors. According to you, you got 78 marks in TS EAMCET 2021 then your rank would be around 15000 - 25000  . There is chance to get admission to some  colleges for CSE course that are accepting TS EAMCET scores such as

JNTUH College Of Engineerinng

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology

Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science

Mahatma Gandhi Institute Of Technology, etc.
