Yes you have qualified for jee advanced obc ncl cutoff is about 74.31 on the official website of jee ..

See right now, there is a lot of confusion regarding the cutoff for JEE advanced for all categories.

Some sites say 74.31 percentile while some sites say 78.5 percentile. I would like to tell you that these are only the EXPECTED cutoff, so try to get a fair idea from them, but not blindly follow it.

NTA, the conducting agency of the exam will upload the cutoffs online very soon, which is when you go ahead and match it.

No, it hasn't been released officially. A lot of study websites are uploading their expected cutoffs in the name of NTA.
